CINDER

Located in the heart of Milwaukee, Cinder is a refined fine dining restaurant that brings a sense of luxury and warmth to the city’s culinary scene. Situated along the downtown Riverwalk, this project reimagines a pre-existing restaurant space on the first floor of an apartment building originally built in 1911, transforming it into an intimate and sophisticated dining destination.

Cinder’s design focuses on spatial flow and functionality, ensuring an uninterrupted experience for both guests and staff. The floor plan maximizes efficiency while maintaining an intimate ambiance, with carefully defined seating areas that cater to different dining experiences. The design embraces dark, rich tones and warm, ambient lighting to create a moody yet inviting atmosphere, offering guests an escape from the everyday. High-quality finishes and modern design elements elevate the restaurant’s atmosphere, making it a standout destination in Milwaukee’s fine dining scene.

Combining modern sophistication with timeless design principles, Cinder offers more than just a meal. It provides an engaging experience sure to leave a lasting impression.
